Summary of RJT Portfolio

The Manager has acquired through contractual arrangements an indirect 98.5% interest in 22 income producing office and retail properties in Japan (the RJT Portfolio). The properties in the RJT Portfolio are located in seven markets which include Tokyo, Nagoya, Sapporo, Chiba and Kumamoto.

The Manager has entered into an exclusive long term agreement appointing DTZ, a leading global real estate advisory company, to source real estate acquisitions for RJT and provide asset acquisition and asset management services.
